The Rookie Program is designed for students who are ready to learn, lead, and make an impact. Throughout the summer, you'll take ownership of a business-critical project, collaborate with teams across the organization, and work closely with a dedicated leaders and mentors. Placement Area

Brand Marketing
As a Brand Marketing Rookie, you'll help bring the Under Armour brand to life by supporting campaigns, athlete storytelling, partnerships, events, and consumer engagement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create meaningful brand experiences and gain exposure to how marketing strategies are developed and executed on a global scale. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Business Analytics, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.

Category Marketing
As a Category Marketing Rookie, you'll help shape how Under Armour connects with consumers across key product categories. Working closely with product, merchandising, creative, and brand teams, you'll support go-to-market strategies, consumer insights analysis, campaign development, and storytelling that brings our products to life. This role offers hands-on exposure to the intersection of product and marketing and is a great fit for students studying Marketing, Business, Sports Product Management, Consumer Insights, Communications, or related fields.

Sports Marketing
As a Sports Marketing Rookie, you'll help strengthen Under Armour's connection to athletes, teams, and the broader sports community. You'll gain exposure to athlete partnerships, sponsorship activations, event execution, and brand representation while learning how we leverage sport to inspire performance and build brand affinity. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Social Media
As a Social Media Rookie, you'll help tell the Under Armour story across our digital channels. You'll support content development, campaign execution, community engagement, and performance analysis while learning how social platforms drive brand awareness and consumer connection. This role is ideal for students studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Business, or related fields.

Communications
As a Communications Rookie, you'll contribute to the stories, messages, and moments that shape the Under Armour brand internally and externally. You'll work alongside global partners to support strategic communications initiatives, content development and teammate engagement efforts. Through meaningful projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to how a strong and consistent brand narrative is built and amplified. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Portfolio submissions are welcome, but not required for consideration.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office 
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule. 

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.

If your background aligns with a role, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule interviews with members of your potential team. Candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities throughout the process.
