Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. As a User Experience Designer you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. This role involves understanding user behavior identifying pain points and designing solutions that enhance usability and satisfaction. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work related problems. Key Responsibilities: Independently conduct detailed user analysis to identify opportunities for improving user interaction and satisfaction Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate user feedback into design iterations and project deliverables Recognize recurring usability challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall user experience Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for user experience design within the team Support the team by sharing insights and findings that help shape project direction and improve outcomes Review mobile apps and games for US market and be able to provide UI/UX recommendations based on quantitative evidence material design and latest best practices Expected to perform with less supervision once training is completed Required active participation contribution in team discussions Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design alignment Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design Basic Qualifications: Minimum 6 months work experience preferably with User Interface (IU) and UX Design Possess good communication skills both writing and speaking High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Android Application Development Understanding of user centered design principles Experience in conducting usability testing and user research Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
