Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in an inpatient setting, including assessment, therapy administration, and ventilator management
- Deliver treatments such as airway clearance, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy per physician orders
- Monitor patient responses, interpret relevant data (vital signs, ABGs), and adjust therapy accordingly
- Document all patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes clearly in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds and treatment planning
- Ensure equipment is properly set up, sanitized, and maintained; adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active NBRC-credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license issued by the Georgia Composite Medical Board
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in respiratory care within the specialty
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift in an inpatient setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and comply with assignment requirements
